The Jewel

This particular table is the Jewel.  It is a 9-foot, 4-piece slate pool table that was built in the 1880’s by Brunswick-Balke-Collender.  This ball-return table features brass gullies, a solid oak frame, legs, and rails, with fine hand-carved details.  The rails even feature mother of pearl diamond sights. There is another Jewel with drop pockets at Camp David in Maryland.  The ball return is a more valuable table, but both are very rare.
